As part of the 2026 Australia & New Zealand Shipping & Logistics Conference registration process, you will be asked to provide your personal information to Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) including your name, email address, employment details, dietary and accessibility requirements (if applicable). Our registration partner, Evise will also have access to this information.
FTA will use this information to manage your attendance at this event and supply you with information related to this specific event and other associated events.
FTA may also disclose your personal information to third parties including co-hosts, the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) and the New Zealand Cargo Owners Council (NZCOC); the conference venue, Sheraton Grand Hyde Park Sydney; and the dinner venue, New South Wales Parliament House, for the purposes outlined above. This means your personal information may be transferred to servers located outside Australia. FTA will take reasonable steps to ensure that any other parties that have access to personal information acquired for this event will be compelled to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles or an analogous privacy regime. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
